Chapter 10: Page 27

Dear GOD did this take a long time. And again, it still doesn't look that great, for the most part. No more multiple group shot pages D: ESPECIALLY when I'm still learning to draw detailed new costumes.

BUT. This is the end of the chapter, and there are two points of interest in this page: 1) Yes, Featherscales is totally big and strong enough for Xan to ride, and you'll probably see him doing that a lot. Despite the fact that Xan+new outfit+Featherscales takes forever and a half to draw/tone. Anyway, 2)...well I think that's obvious. Have fun speculating about what's going on at the bottom of the page there (though for the record, I have absolutely NO idea what Riza's rambling about there.)

ANYWAY. Since this is the end of a chapter, as per usual, I would like to hear your thoughts/opinions/criticisms of the story/art/characters/dialogue/WHATEVER. Just tell me what you're thinking about the chapter and just the comic so far. Please :D Remember, there's a rather lonely forum to discuss things in *pokes link*

Personally, I think it's safe to say that things are slowly getting more interesting in this story. I also think you guys'll like chapter 11. It's a little more action oriented than the last couple chapters have been. We also see some sides of some characters that we haven't really seen/don't see much. Aaannndd there's an incredibly awkward moment or two XD I'm a little afraid for those. But I still think it'll be interesting. I'm lookin' forward to it. I think.

And I have to admit, Whenever I saw, or see, Xan's fire sprites floating around his head, I alays think of the bubbles that accompany drunken comic characters.

@Solax and Tikka: XD I seriously have no idea what to tell you about the whole "floaty fire sprites=drunk" thing. Just...bear with it, I guess. It's just one of those things that I didn't really notice until someone pointed it out (probably because it's my character), and I'm not really about to change, so...yeah. XD Just continue to be amused at the thought of a drunken 12 year old, I guess.

@REALLYDEMONIC: First off, thanks, glad you like it :D As for your question, all I can really tell you is...eventually XP I know that's not really an answer, but the purpose of the Dreamers is sort of one of the big questions that Riza and those guys are looking for an answer to. I assure you that you'll eventually find out, but not really for awhile yet. Trust me, the characters are just as confused as you, haha. That's kinda the point. XD. So sorry, but you'll just have to wait on that one.

It's... probably been said, but the ninja lady reminds me of one of the Naruto characters. Like, a lot. The sand girl, I think. Gaara's sister. Not Sakura or Hinata (the only girls whose names I know). Oh yeah, and Ino. Not them, though. I don't know her name. She's probably dead or a hokage(?) or an Ayakashi by now. (Wait... tsukiyomi? Tatsutage? No, I think that's a food. You know, the baddies with the funny cloaks...?) So my guess is that she's the dream-creation-thingy of a Naruto fan. Or something. I'm not really sure where I was going with this. :/ Fear my sketchy knowledge of mainstream anime! Muahaha! ¬.¬
