DreamCatcher Readership Survey!

Hey guys! I created a little survey to see what kinds of folks I have reading this comic, and I'd really appreciate it if you could take a couple minutes to fill it out! You can find it here!

If you like DC for its writing and characters, check out my webnovel Kody over on Tapas! It's got vampires who are mortal, were-creatures that aren't wolves, and some reluctant humans that have to put up with them all.

If you like monsters, why not check out my Society6 shop:

Would you still read DC if it moved away from a traditional comic format? (There would still be art.)

Chapter 19: Page 23

July 11th, 2013, 11:01 am

I Say...

Hazumirein says,

Monty doesn't have the energy to deal with your shit, Lunos.

You know I discovered as I was halfway through this page that if you look at it without the dialogue, it looks a LOT dirtier than it is. Just throwing that out there.

Just as a side note for anyone concerned for Montague's well-being--you should be, but probably not as much as you think. Sanvolaen elves, and half-elves, by extension, might not have the long lives of, say, Tolkien elves, but they're pretty damn hard to kill can deal with a lot of injuries that humans would find inconveniently painful. Which Lunos is clearly aware of and is using as an excuse to beat the living hell out of Monty.

I guess you can take this whole chapter as a warning that this comic's about to get kind of dark for awhile.

Question of the Update: Let's go back a page--just what WAS Mr. Totem apparently researching?

Song of the Week: "Camisado" - Panic! At The Disco. I dunno man I think it kind of fits.

And You Say...

the being says,

Oh no...

TCRanch (Guest) says,

I think Mr. Totem was researching the half creatures from earth. Or he was researching the likely hood of a book case falling on him while dodging a werewolf.

Comments, anyone?
